Mandate and operational scope within the PGI international structure
PGI International Capital Partners (UK) Limited is incorporated in England and Wales and operates as a structured administrative and organisational support office within the PGI international corporate group. Its mandate is to provide internal coordination, documentation support, and governance assistance to affiliated entities operating across multiple jurisdictions.
The UK entity occupies a defined and clearly delineated position within the PGI group structure. It does not operate as a commercial delivery function, does not provide services to external clients, and does not undertake activities that would require regulatory authorisation.
All activities are conducted by designated officers in accordance with applicable UK company law, supported by appointed professional advisers. The operating model is designed to maintain institutional standards of discipline, documentation, and corporate governance.
Scope of Activities
Activities undertaken by the UK entity include:
Internal documentation, records management, and corporate file maintenance
Organisational and governance support across the PGI group

PGI UK does not ordinarily provide services to third-party clients and does not function as a commercial delivery entity.
